Our Armed Forces Programme is designed to allow talented service leavers to gain the commercial experience to complement their existing skills. Our scheme continues to attract many more applicants than we have places - and most of those who complete six-month internships remain at Schroders.

We are looking for bright individuals with an evidenced background of high achievement within the Armed Forces.  Individuals are expected to be degree level educated, demonstrate leadership, teamwork and problem solving skills as well as an interest in asset management.

Our specialist teams will guide you through the skills and aptitudes you'll need and show you how to put them to work in your day-to-day role. You’ll also have access to our online learning platform which will help you continue to develop your expertise.

From day one, along with support from your manager and mentors, you’ll be able to access a network of fellow former Armed Forces members to help you integrate into the business.
